Super Natural Cooking

Recently, I've become obsessed with this cookbook by Heidi Swanson. And not so recently obsessed with her blog/web cookbook! She's a genius. First recipe I tackled from the book=Spring Minestrone, featured on the cover. and I'm drunk with love...
I like: because she gives background nutritional facts to her ingredients and her recipes are truly healthy and delicious, most are vegetarian or vegan. The good ol' library lent me this and I'm distraught since our time together is coming to an end. I have a feeling this one's going in the permanent collection.
